Where We Work
We operate across three states with diverse clinical settings:
- New Jersey — Outpatient clinic locations across Essex, Passaic, Hudson, Union, and Bergen counties
- New York — Outpatient clinics and home-based PT/OT through Home Therapy PT in Rockland County and the tri-state area
- Indiana — Outpatient and home health PT/OT services
